It’s Time to Fly
In 2008 United Airlines was the official airline of the Beijing Olympics. They were also introducing their 100% lie-flat First and Business Class seats. I personally didn’t get the chance to try one out, but I hear they were comfortable. What a truly interesting experience. We worked with many different animators and illustrators. We even recorded Rhapsody in Blue at Capitol Records with Herbie Hancock, Lang Lang and the LA Philharmonic Orchestra. Not your average day of advertising.

Created to launch United's new First and Business Class flat bed suites at the National Business Travelers Association Convention. The gallery featured CG videos of the new seats, illustrated canvases focusing on travel experience benefits, Daniel Lessner playing "Rhapsody In Blue" inside of a giant glass cube and, of course, champagne.
